What are your customer service hours?

A: We're open from 9am ET to 4pm ET Monday to Friday.

What policies do you have in place?

A: We have a Shipping, Returns and Privacy Policy in place. They are available on the site menus.

I have a question about my order. Who do I contact?

Can we collaborate on a project together?

A: We're always looking to partner! Email us at info@bigauntieenergy.ca to check in and share your idea. 

Will there be international duty charged on certain orders?

A: The answer is "sometimes". If we don't have the product in stock, our fulfillment center in the US may fill an order for us. And sometimes it results in a duty owed by the customer. For more information, you can check Canada Border Services. 

Are you hiring?
