Return and Refund Policy
Please read the item descriptions carefully and note sizes of products. Also, know that screen monitors are calibrated differently and colors, while they may be close, are not always 100% accurate.
We're not responsible for any mis-sizing, please review the size chart carefully. All of our clothing is unisex unless otherwise specified.
Shipping
- If items are shown delivered (to the address you provided during checkout) then it is assumed delivered. The responsibility is on the customer to ensure the correct shipping address is put in place prior to placing an order. We cannot help with orders that show it's already been delivered. You can check with your local post office, provide your tracking number and confirm delivery.
- If you have problems with items being stolen in a communal postal unit - please input a secure and safe location as we are not responsible for stolen items.
- We are not responsible for customers inputting the wrong address and a failed delivery. PLEASE include your correct address.
Returns
- Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your product, please send us an email with any concerns.
- Altered or washed garments are NOT returnable. Returns must be authorized by the team at Big Auntie Energy with picture proof of the garment in question.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs fo returning your item (please provide proof of shipment being returned, ex: email a photo of the item being returned along with the photo or video being returned). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Please return your item to the shipping address we provide to you.
- Please use a postal service, which provides a tracking number. In the event your package is lost or damaged while in transit, we are not responsible for the damages. It is recommended that you add insurance to your returned package.
Exchanges
- Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time. As we grow and our business evolves, we hope to amend this policy.
Cancellations
- Once you've placed an order, you will have 24 hours to change or cancel. After 24 hours, our fulfillment team gets to work and the wheels are in motion to get your order sent.
Refunds
- In the rare case where an item or items are damaged/flawed upon delivery, please send us an email with photos (and video is possible) so we can review and then send you a replacement or refund. Please allow up to 10 business day for refund(s).
- On approved returns and confirmation of item being returned with tracking including photos (and video if possible), we will send a refund within 10 business days.
